General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR)

We keep paper and electronic details of your contacts with DART (including this consent form) to enable us to keep a record of the information you give to us about your situation and details of the advice we give to you.

We keep these records for a maximum period of 6 years from the date of your last contact with DART at which point they will be destroyed/removed (unless other legal rules override this)

Under GDPR, you have the right to control your data and can withdraw consent to our data processing at any time. You also have the right to access your records, and will receive this information within one month of your request.
